Joint Automotive Industry Forum (JAIF)

The JAIF brings together the major automotive supply chain bodies from Europe (Odette), Japan (JAMA & JAPIA) and North America (AIAG) to develop common standards and recommendations for the benefit of the global automotive industry.

The JAIF Leadership Group is a permanent group that meets on a quarterly basis. It sets up temporary groups to work on specific initiatives and has also established an RFID Expert Group.

JAIF representatives also participate in the development of standards defined by international standards organisations such as ISO and UN/CEFACT.
